TEMPO DARES TO ASK: NAUGHTY OR NICE?
The holidays are coming, and Tempo Chorus has one very important question for Toronto: have you been naughty or nice this year?
Lucky for you, we're not actually checking. We're just bringing you the most joyful, irreverent, absolutely fabulous holiday concert this city has ever seen.
Naughty & Nice: Tempo's Making a List hits Hugh's Room Live on December 9th and 10th at 8 PM, and trust us when we say this isn't your grandma's Christmas concert. (Unless your grandma is really cool, in which case, bring her.)
Picture this: 60+ queer voices in full tenor-bass harmony, a setlist that swings from pop hits to beloved holiday classics with a few cheeky surprises thrown in, and an atmosphere that feels more like a party than a recital. We're talking big voices, bold energy, and that unmistakable Tempo magic that's been selling out shows since 2021.
What to Expect
This year's holiday showcase is all about balance. We're giving you the nostalgic feels with seasonal favorites you grew up with, the contemporary bops that dominated your Spotify Wrapped, and a few queer anthems that'll have you on your feet. Think cozy holiday vibes meets club energy, all wrapped up with a bow made of perfect harmonies.
And because we can't help ourselves, there might be a few moments that lean into the "naughty" side of the holiday spectrum. We'll let you discover those for yourselves.
